Jennifer Cheng Lo is the Founder & Chair of NewChic Capital Family Office and the Founding Partner, Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations at Ace Investment Management, a private fund providing bespoke asset management solutions to a highly curated group of family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Across her portfolio, Jennifer leads strategic capital formation, institutional partnerships, investor relations, and global alliances within the private equity and alternative investment sectors, with a focus on supporting visionary founders, fund managers, and emerging technologies. NewChic Capital Family Office works exclusively with regulated entities and has established global cooperation agreements with institutional partners, including organizations connected to sovereign and royal networks.

An award-winning investor and entrepreneur, Jennifer has contributed to more than $500 million in capital raises, over $3.9 billion in aggregate revenue generation, and more than 20 IPO and M&A transactions, including multiple unicorn exits. She previously served as Honorary Co-Chair of the U.S. Consulate Trade Mission for Hong Kong, Macau, and Greater China, an initiative that engaged more than 100 LPs, where she also performed as a concert pianist. Earlier in her career, she served as an executive within the precursor ecosystem of a global top-10 publicly listed fintech exchange.

Beyond her investment activities, Jennifer holds strategic C-suite and board leadership roles across a portfolio companies, including as Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of Beyond Mood AI Mental Fitness and Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer of Fortix Cybersecurity Vault & Messaging. Outside of Fortix and BeyondMood, Jennifer is the Founder & CEO of Glamit.com, a beauty fashion lifestyle Femtech brand and passion project, and the Director of Business Development of The Otto Hotel (a boutique family hotel). Jennifer is also the Founder of JennClub, a curated leadership and NexGen community, and Chosen Collective Foundation, a philanthropic initiative focused on impact and empowerment. She actively mentors founders, and emerging leaders through accelerators, hackathons, and women’s leadership initiatives, including UBS Project Female Founder, where she is also a recurring speaker.

She holds multiple degrees and certifications from Brown University, HKUST Business School, the New England Conservatory of Music, and the Boston University School of Music piano performance PHD program, blending expertise across global business, international relations, entrepreneurship, and classical piano performance. An internationally recognized speaker, concert pianist, cultural ambassador, and entrepreneur, Jennifer has delivered several hundred keynote talks across more than 50 cities worldwide on AI, Blockchain, Deep Tech, Family Offices, Women’s Leadership, next-generation entrepreneurship, legacy, and impact. Her insights have been featured on major international stages, including the Financial Times Wealth Management Summit, Markets Group Global Wealth Conference, Consensus, NFC Lisbon, Crypto Valley Zug, and the Singularity Summit.

In addition to her work in investment and innovation, Jennifer is also an award-winning speaker, author, and poet, and is a polyglot who enjoys translating Classical Latin. Dedicated to holistic wellness, she also holds a certification from the Yoga Alliance and is currently completing her advanced Yoga Teacher Training. An avid collector and curator of fine arts alongside blue chip Phygital collectibles, RWA luxury and digital art, Jennifer collaborates with Art initiatives and charities including Design Trust, Art Basel, and is a active leader and member of Punk, Meebits, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Chimpers, Pudgy Penguin / Igloo, and other curated communities.
